DESCRIPTION

Japonica rice is a type of Japonica short grain rice that is short, plump, and rounded. It’s worth noting that outside of Japan, Japanese rice is often labeled as “sushi rice” for marketing purposes. However, the rice is used not just for making sushi but also in everyday Japanese dishes.

Japonica rice has a number of characteristics: round, regular, smooth, pearly white, delicate, gentle aroma. When cooked on white and sticky rice, which is easy to eat even when cooled, the rice grain retains its inherent ductility.

504 and Jasmine varieties are used to make fragrant broken rice in Vietnam. When milling rice, people remove the top of the grain and form rice flakes called broken rice. Furthermore, this site is known to contain large quantities of rice germ and bran, two elements with high nutritional value that contribute to the overall superiority of rice dishes made from broken rice. Vietnamese jasmine rice is high-quality, long, white, and fragrant rice grown in the Mekong Delta. The abundant silt nourishes the rice grains, making them plump and nutritious. This type of jasmine rice is moist, so when cooked, it is soft, supple, and has a slightly sweet taste. Rice can be left for a long time until it cools and still retains its elasticity. Therefore, fragrant rice is popular in countries such as the US, Europe, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, and Ghana. [table id=1 /]
