Broken rice

504 and Jasmine varieties are used to make fragrant broken rice in Vietnam. When milling rice, people remove the top of the grain and form rice flakes called broken rice. Furthermore, this site is known to contain large quantities of rice germ and bran, two elements with high nutritional value that contribute to the overall superiority of rice dishes made from broken rice.
